Le Grand Balcon: ski-in/ski-out 3-room apartment in the Brelin residence, Les Menuires (3 Valleys).

Sleeps up to 8 (rated for 6 by the Tourist Office). About 45 m² of floor space including a mezzanine. 4th floor, west-facing, mountain view. "2 Flocons Argent" quality label.

Sleeping: living room with 160 cm sofa bed; cabin with 140 cm double bed; mountain nook with 80 cm bunk beds; mezzanine (1.50 m headroom) with 160 cm bed.

2 shower rooms, separate toilet.

Fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette set. Flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi.

Balcony, lift, ski locker, boot dryer.

Final cleaning and linen (sheets and towels) included.

Weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday. Check-in from 5 pm, check-out by 11 am.
